REFUND POLICY: 
As a small business, we understand the importance of maintaining a fair and consistent return policy. While we do not accept returns or exchanges, we are committed to resolving any issues with your order promptly. If you encounter any problems with your purchase, we kindly ask you to fill out an email detailing the issue. Our dedicated team will review your request and respond within 1-3 business days to provide a suitable solution.

Cancellation Policy:
We do have a cancellation policy in place to accommodate unforeseen circumstances. You are welcome to cancel your order within 2 days of purchase, as long as it has not been shipped yet. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to process cancellations. Please note that order processing may take between 2-7 days, depending on the current volume of orders we have. We appreciate your patience during this time as we strive to fulfill and ship orders as efficiently as possible.

Shipping Policy:
We offer two shipping options to cater to different customer needs. Our standard priority tracked shipping is available for all customers, ensuring faster delivery with tracking information provided. 

Additionally, we offer a more affordable shipping option called "snail mail." This option is suitable for customers who are not in a rush to receive their order and is applicable only for sticker and traditional bookmark products.

Please note that untracked shipping typically takes 5-14 business days, while tracked shipping takes 3-10 business days. However, it's important to consider that shipping delays may occur due to factors such as COVID-19 , weather and holidays.

While we strive to ensure the safe delivery of your order, we want to clarify that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen mail. Once your order is shipped, it becomes the responsibility of USPS (United States Postal Service) to deliver the package. In the event of a lost package, we recommend filing a claim with USPS and contacting us for any further assistance or questions.
